@pluralistic Interestingly we can see this happening right now with Spotify as well - it's starting to push musicians to pay to get streams. And of course they'll take those 'great recommendations' and start filling it with paid for shit and AI generated music they don't have to pay royalties on.

Are we not seeing something similar with the co pilot thingy on github, where ai generated code is from all different sources, none of which are acknowledged or creators work respected.
