Someone needs to explain that to our home secretary in the UK, we have left all those Afghans who helped us to the mercy of the taliban, despite endless statements this wouold not happen.
The Taliban have so far, but perhaps the idea is to slowly regain their iron grip. They rule through fear, so public executions were common place in the 90s as a way to 'set an example' to others.
@zleap @EPPGroup Collaborators get what they deserve. The French were much more homicidal to the quislings when they regained control of their Nation. The Taliban have been relatively humane comparatively.
