I contacted the British Trust for Ornithology earlier, in response to their twitter ban over a WoodCock and suggested they join here. The more people who simply e-mail organisations and suggest they join the closer to this we will get.
Yes, ideally with their own instance, but they can join any in the first instance to get a feel and ask for help.
