Dammit Mastodon we need a quote-post function SO badly. Didn’t realise how important it is, but as a way to add context it’s unbeatable.

I agree, this would also be good to have a cite post too, so the data collected could be for example.

Not that I write either, but it would be really good to be able to cite stuff anyway. Especially as we are seeing more and more science people on here. lets make it science friendly.
