Everyone makes mistakes at some time or other. What sets groups apart is those who own up and admit it, vs those who try and cover it up. People want open and honesty, that can lead to forgiveness if it was a genuine error of judgement. Try and hide anything and people will suspect you are hiding a whole lot more.
