I sometimes wonder if things like this are not simply a conincidence, the worlds attention is on Gaza / Ukraine, and provies an idea smoke screen for atrocities in other countries.

Sadly also provides a way to not report in the Nepal Earthquake for example. People around the world just become Forgotten.
