Bullies are only scary to those who are too scared to stand up to them. This could be teachers, the parents or other adults.
Any bully can be put in their place. Given the behaviour in court, he needs the judge to say enough is enough and jail him for contempt.
Then ask if anyone would like to join him.
IIRC: When in office he threatened to destroy Iranian cultural or historical sites (can't remember exactly what) the US navy just said NO WE CAN'T .
Just stand up to him, before he is in office and starts to silence any opponents.
