The Bibby Stockholm barge is perfectly adequate accomodation if you are for example an Oil worker, If I understand things, each cabin is for 1 person. This lot have tried to put 2 people to a cabin, so instant overcrowding, but the rest of the barge is probably not designed for that level of population, for example in terms of size of corridors for escape routes in emergencies.

They seem to be falling apart at the seems, hopefully there is a general election sooner rather than later, but when any General Election is going to end their time in power, they will delay for as long as possible.
