Remarkable how journalists on the other side of the world are better able to understand that England is not the UK than journalists in England. But then again, perhaps it’s not accidental. 🤔

I am not sure who is to blame here, education system, parents or not teaching or correcting, OR the fact as adults they are just bone idle and sloppy for not being able to research a topic correctly.
However, people make errors, so it is up to the editorial team to make sure reports are accurate, so maybe they too are sloppy ad bone idle.
