see women in tech either
as sexual tensions for their own enjoyment or as mentoring opportunities,
but never as their equals.
This needs to stop.

This sort of thing ends up being blamed on the internet, access to porn and such.
What about blaming PARENTS and KIDS, for their actions and holding them to accont. A 12,13 and 14 year year old MUST Know what they are doing!!! it is easy to blame online porn as it means we don't then blame other factors such as poor parenting, abuse or neglect.
We also have serious failings in social workers not acting, teachers not acting, police not acting. This is Rochdale again!!, a place where young girls were raped and groomed by ASIAN men, and the victims ignored by police.
Perhaps we need to look at the case in the US where a mother ( and I think the father too) are facing charges and decades in PRISON for the actions of their offspring (in this case providing a gun, child goes on to kill 4 students at school).
Perhaps once we start holding parents and others to account, with prison and or massive fines, they will get the message, have kids, you bloody parent them. or if you are in the police or social / child services, you also DO your job properly.
I see lots of parents glued to their phones not paying attention to their kids, I also see kids in buggies givien phones to keep em quiet, what has happened to parenting?
