We went through a period in schools, where we taught children everyone wins. One of the issues with this is you never learn to fail or lose, so there is then nothing to learn from to reflect on why the loss or fail happened and we can't learn from that.
I agree we NEED to learn to fail, but by the time you get to industry you need to have the resilience to pick your self up, reflect on what happened and learn from mistakes surely.
