I can't get to article due to paywall, however how many of these bullies go on to CEOs who get where they get to by being nasty and bullying others. We do hear a lot about this sort of behaviour. Granted to get to where you want to get to, you need to be confident, assertive, ambitious and work hard. THis surely should not involve bullying and pushing others out of the way to get there.
