Footage shows IDF shooting two unarmed Palestinians dead - at close range. One had repeatedly waved a piece of white fabric.
An Israeli bulldozer then buries the bodies in the sand.
Prof Richard Falk says the shooting is "vivid confirmation of continuing Israeli atrocities" & that it's shocking to hear no adverse reaction from the West.
"It is a shameful moment in Western international moral behaviour."
