If you sexually abuse a child you are added to the sex offeders register which. This combined with background (DBS) checks ensure that you can't work or volunteer with children in the future.
We need a system in sport that if, like in the case here, you abuse a football referee, you can NEVER coach in any sport ever regardless of where or what that sport is, this needs to inclide teaching or simiar in schools or youth groups.
Perhaps this level of sanction will get the message across. We do not want abusive coaches or staff in any sport.
