Having watched eye in the sky they want to blow up a house with terrorists in but the young girl selling breed etc in too close so they can't do it.
There are very clear rules of engagement which the IDF are not following,

They said at the start nothing was off the cards, this was before they went in.
@zleap I am absolutely sure the IDF are following their own rules of engagement. The problem is the rules of engagement. Not that they're not being followed.
It's not like this hasn't happened before.
