Having accepted there were no concerns about her medical knowledge or practice(s), the General Medical Council have suspended Dr Diana Warner's license to practice medicine, because:
''her decision to take part in unlawful action may lead some patients to question her judgment & therefore it may damage patients’ trust in her as a medical practitioner'.
As she's retried they cannot test this proposition with real patients so this is just prejudice!
