I feel that, with social media you need to take control and take care if your elf, at least with Fedi, I am not sure about bluesky, no one cares if you take a week off from posting or interacting, but I mean this in a positive way, but not quite sure how to express that. You also don't get endless notifications making you feel guilty for not interacting.
