To me, the difference between the UK and US is that the former is signed up to various international laws, and courts. As a result this is yet more evidence, if it can be shown that these are UK supplied weapons, the UK should be hauled infont of the international criminal courts.
Lawyers here have warned we could be breaking international law by supplying weapons (or other help I guess) that leads to the deaths of civilians.
@zleap The reality is that no one will be held to account, regardless. Were Blair or Bush even charged with anything for the illegal invasion of Iraq?
