like out fedi blocklist, but with more specific use cases

Sounds good to me, governments are waking up to content on line and startingj to tell the likes of TikTok, Meta and X to get a grip on content or face fines, Bluesky are doing the 'right' thing as it is the right thing to do, and not just doing it because they face fines. Fedi is doing the same, we want our platforms to be safe places for people.
