"A new study of children living through the war in Gaza has found that 96% of them feel that their death is imminent and almost half want to die as a result of the trauma they have been through."

If anyone else put kids through that level of trauma, they would be arrested and charged with CHILD ABUSE.

For Palestinians it's desired.
Differently the politics of USA and some other countries are not explainable.

@zleap @susurros @palestine

Nevertheless it's kind that they mention sometimes about human rights for Palestinians, at least the kids -- while supporting Israel with weapons and money.

@DavidBruchmann @zleap @susurros @palestine I'm not sure USA is much better off: kids shot at school; Insurance co's limiting anaesthetics; people shot in shopping centres, theatres, night clubs; people dying of hunger, cold, lack of medical... in the richest country in the world. Maybe they support Israel because it makes them look more productive to their society.

@LetsRock137 @zleap @susurros @palestine

Indeed, but the reasons to support Israel might be simpler:
Either they get paid for it, or they have to fear disadvantages.

Apple, Google and more companies are known to suppress any pro-Palestinian voices and support Israel unfettered.
Universities are doing the same, despite the rulings of ICJ and ICC, they fire profs who speak up for Palestinians.
On some levels it might indeed be related to social reasons, the lobbyism for Israel is very strong.

@DavidBruchmann @zleap @susurros @palestine could be all & more. USA seems very backward to me.
Palestinians being denied anaesthetics by Israel (inhuman) & then USA trying to do it to their peoples is SICK. How far will they go to deny Genocide.

@LetsRock137 @zleap @susurros @palestine

Of course, I never claim knowing all the reasons. Probably it's a mud of 1000 reasons and I never know only a fraction of it

USA against the own citizens, concerning 2nd amendment, concerning healthcare and many other issues is perhaps somehow related, but I'd deem it another issue. Bernie Sanders speaks up to any issues very clearly and is actually one, if not THE best US-politician I know.
