We need to stop worrying about hurting the feelings of racists, facists etc. We need to stand up for what our values are. Those who want to spread hate, disinformation should be told where to go, free speech be damned, it has boundaries and does not allow people to spread hate and lies.
We need to decide what is right, what is wrong and ensure those in the wrong are told and punished in some way.
I am not sure how to do that.
I think that in Germany they have made it illigal to deny the holocaust and educate people about it, and the war, so it never happens again. I don't think anyone can make Germany change that policy.
We need to do the same.
