Bizaar policy, I agree with freedom of speech but when that spreads total nonsense, that in some cases is also dangerous then there has to be limitations. The educated will disregard anti vax arguments or at least come up with counter arguments, but the educated will also spread science backed information.
Seems that doing that on Meta platforms won't make any difference.
