Do non military personnel (as in citzens) have any legal avenues in the ICC to sue israel for war or other crimes. Or perhaps sue the UK for being accessory to those crimes.

Germany used to have this in their code of conduct but I don't think they cover crimes of Israel or US or other NATO nations, much less their own these days.
