What threat, the IAEA have not concluded that Iran is or was trying to make a bomb, however Irans faiulre to be open about their atomic program has not ruled that out either.
So the ball is in the Irans hands to be open and transparent. Saying that there is nothing they can do, that will or would have changed the view of either US or Israel about their intentions, they want to bomb Iran to submission, they want regieme change come what may.
