There has to be a clear pathway for players --> Coaches / Support staff --> Managers, so that regardless of where you are or ability if you have the passion a sport then you can be part of that sport.

Maybe the fediverse can help with this, we can post about womens football / soccer and right now get very little in the way of reaction but perhaps that is a 'good' thing as it gives women and girls a real opportunity to form a community on fedi that isn't dominated by men. esp those who are not supportive of the womens game, men who are should be welcome of course.
