I’ve kept up the running even on holiday while having to carry round a little one with a bad leg for days, being sicked on by an even littler one all day or nap trapped! It’s not been easy but I’m seeing small improvements. Listened to this beauty by Nathan Micay on LuckyMe it’s really bright and fun in a mad experimental trance soundtrack kind of way.

"Mija" ma już roczek. Pierwszego sierpnia 2022 zaczęła swoją przygodę z fedi. Sporo się nauczyła. Sporo też się zmieniło, ludzie odchodzą, ludzie przybywają. Nie może się przywiązywać. Trochę tutaj nie pasuje. Nawiguje, jak to w życiu. Niemniej jednak za wytrwałość bycia przyznała sobie gwiazdkę. Czy będą kolejne? Co będzie jutro? Któż to wie... Zawsze, gdy się budzi jest dzisiaj. Czy to nie wspaniałe? Ten post został napisany z wyprzedzeniem i ma zostać opublikowany 31 lipca 2023 (tusky ma taką funkcję). Chwila na przerwę. Może do zobaczenia. Na razie dzięki za wszystko.

Words alone cannot describe this photograph. It’s ordinary. It was taken from a position on the main road just round the corner from here. Some fields and distant cliffs with a wet sun in a cloud-misty sky. I didn’t photograph it after waiting or travelling or setting up equipment. I just pulled in by the Kirk and crossed the road and took two snaps. I cropped this one. It has a certain mood. It was Wednesday afternoon. I was driving the dog for a walk.
