I saw an "excelsior service" offered by Delamain in cyberpunk 2077.
In real life, I have only seen "premium services" from companies like Google, Amazon, Walmart, Costco, and Uber.
@Acer Then that's something specific inside that game. It doesn't need to have any bearing with real life, and thus can't really be compared to RL 'premium services'.
I think we probably can assume that it is 'some service that's more than the normal one'.
