@PawelK It sounded familiar but I didn't know it was the promised land! I've heard many great things about there and Romania.
@kravietz @PawelK I don't feel comfortable without a large amount of crime. It's how I grew up and I'd rather see corpses than human meat markets and politics.

Been to Kluj-Napoca and Iași in Romania, both are fantastic, live and beautiful towns with friendly people, which are also major IT outsourcing hubs.
