@Demosthenes I tend to be highly skeptical of reasoning that basically equates to "all the problems are trump's fault".. dont get me wrong trump caused plenty of problems but the USPS was complete shit long LONG before Trump.
Moreover Trump nor the administration does not have the legal ability to replace management in the USPS, so I'd need a good source (by good source I mean primary source, not commercial news outlets that make money selling to a bias)... Generally the Post master general hires all the upper management of the post office and has authority that supersedes that of the president. Even the Postmaster General is elected from the 9 USPS governors, the chair, and the Postmaster Inspector. The president doesnt even get a say in management of USPS.
No offense mind you, while I am highly dismissive of these types of arguments I hope you dont take it personally either, I do respect your perspective even if i disagree with it.
@Demosthenes Glad to hear I didnt offend you... I dont doubt taht trump may have made some shitty decisions that may have made the situation marginally worse.. But I find most things people blame on trump is at best only marginally Trump's fault and in fact the real issues are much bigger and have little to do with trump. Blaming everything on Trump has just been a national past time for 4 years and its a replacement for people putting in the effort it would take to actually understand the nuance of government which quickly reveals just how little trump really effected most of the things we blame on him.
He has been the national scapegoat, and he is a great scapegoat cause when you ask him to explain himself instead of giving a nice logical explanation of the nuance he just spewed garbage, so he wasnt doing himself any favors either.
