A lone Brown Pelican makes it’s way across this Florida bay late one winter afternoon. I liked the bank of puffy white cumulus clouds in the distance and how they cast pretty reflections on the glassy water. A peaceful end to the day.

I always love, painting, hydrangeas, because they already look like they are watercolors with all the color, mixing and subtleties in every petal. I find even the ones that are solid color have so many variations. Throughout the season, they seem to change color dramatically.
