#OKBoomer #OKGenX #OKMillenial
Thejealous younger set came up with "OK Boomer" and they were the last generations of kids who had it better than their parents, and now they're entitled to goodies without working for it, including their own Social Security benefits, whining about how Boomers leech off of kids' labor & that's how Social Security is going broke.
As the AP reports, Boomers are retiring in droves and the younger set just isn't stepping up to fill vacancies, leaving businesses craving H1 visa immigrants...hell, ANY immigrants...as the GOP abandons its pro-business plank to go after businesses that hire immigrants.
This is the hell of GenX's and Millennials' own construction.

@ClaraListensprechen4 Some of us think new people bringing new cultures while helping us grow our economy is a good thing, rather than "hell". We welcome our immigrant neighbors and friends into the great American experiment.
And we'll keep building a better world for the next generation. You can be sure that Millenials won't be the last generation to have it better than their parents.
@LouisIngenthron
Not gonna hold my breath til that happens, and you're overlooking the fact that it's GenX and Millennials who are the ones who think it's hell enought to blame Boomers entirely for it. Go preach to them, they're the ones in need of the sermon.
@ClaraListensprechen4 Uh, I am a millennial.
And, yes, Boomers broke a lot of the system. But we'll fix it once you guys get out of our way.
@ClaraListensprechen4 What are you talking about? I never blamed your generation for anything my generation did.
As for picking cotton, no thank you. I'm too busy helping surgeons learn how to fix your old bodies.
You should be thanking us for creating the software you're using right now and for revolutionizing the shopping experience so you don't ever have to leave your home, and for truly on-demand entertainment in the form of streaming. Really think for a minute about what a pain in the ass it was always having to flip a record to keep the music going.
