I continue to now see improvement in numbers concerning exercise and heart rate and heart rate variability. But it's early and I may not really believe it until we're at least 3 or 4 months along and still seeing improvement.

Ginza exfoliated my right hand when we woke up this morning, gave it a very thorough grooming.

I still could use a lot more sleep but at least now I see signs that I'm recovering with improvement while I sleep.

If you're building a truck and accidentally add soap to it, maybe you shouldn't be building trucks.
