@Pat I went off the line of stuff clinging to a cat's fur that is hard to remove, and deviated from the original post about clinging via static charges.
Actually, the polystyrene peanuts and glitter carry a negative charge, so their molecules are anionic.
@Pat And those plants whose seeds are sneakily clingy to fur, and you only start to notice it when petting them...
