Don't think you have a voice? So many elections are decided by the slimmest of margins. Your vote counts, I promise you.
@jasonxbergman I hear this line about "your vote counts" a lot in recent election cycles, but I think that is out-of-date messaging. The people I talk to who are choosing not to vote don't think their vote will be insignificant, they just think there are no good choices and they don't want to slog into #politics in order to decide which out--of-touch candidate might be unable to make meaningful changes because the whole system ins gridlocked.
I saw a political activist say to frustrated young voters "we can't move forward until we avoid moving backwards." it was the least inspiring #GOTV pitch I've ever heard.

Damn straight it's a "love letter!" It is one for myself. If I can't express my love for my own values in my vote, of what use is it to me? Oh, well I can express rage, and I did: towards the Libertarian Party. Wait, nope... told by the same person I can't rage vote either. Well... damn.
