16 lbs down since started #Ozempic / #Semiglutide
I also started on TRT 3 days ago which seems to have jump started the weight loss again resulting in 2 more lbs lost since then.
Looks like I might also have hypothyroidism, waiting for the second test on that one.
@freemo Seems a bit odd to me now. Cancer, so I'm trying not to lose any more weight. Funny little pots of gunk to eat. Spent my whole working life trying not to put it on and it takes some getting used to!
@SteelFolk Yea the idea of needing to gain weight and struggling seems extremely alient to me.
Not to belittle your situation, I have no doubt the struggle is real. My best friend and ex had the same problem and while I was sympathetic it was very hard for me to understand.
That said GLP-1 probably has a bit of overlap with chemo in the sense that it makes eating unpleasant when its working.
