@TheGnuMaster Now that my back is better im ramping up my cooking back to where it used to be. That means spending half a week to a week making a dish from scratch but making enough to feed a small nation. Then I freeze it and eat it throughout the month.

@TheGnuMaster I'm dutch now (moved here a year back).. Also itsa more due to my italian heritage than my American :)
