我开始掌握炒菜的技巧了:适当放点水

@nil @acme @meina 我感觉不放水对翻锅技术和火候掌握要求都比较高😂但一旦发挥得好,不放水炒出来的东西会有所谓的“锅气”,就很好吃了

@maoyaoyao @acme @meina 练好基本功,其实我觉得盐量控制好,火候适当把握一下,炒出来的菜就不会太难吃

@maoyaoyao @acme @meina 所以我做菜灶台上跟打过仗一样乱七八糟😄

@admin @meina 用水炒,不放油或后放油,终极避免油烟和飞溅 😂
