@freemo As a german, i am reserved about the concept of "strong leaders". More attributes are necessary. Kind, concerned with the common good, all those things the weak "leaders" are lacking too.

You sometimes have logic that makes remarks like this, it seems strange to me... Not sure why saying "A leader should be strong" is the same to you as someone saying "The only attribute a leader needs is strength".

@freemo I am keeping in mind those you just critizised. It's easy to just take one thing said and assume there is nothing more to it. So i strive to complete aspects that would, by themselves, be misleading.

Fair enough. I mean i certainly agree strength is neither the only attribute nor the most important attribute a leader should have. But it does have value.

@freemo I agree with everything you said, including that my logic can be confusing at times.
