I have a question.
Will it be difficult to handle server space issues if mastodon grows as big as twitter??
Admins will also find it difficult to moderate content efficiently.
@Surasanji That said, some instances grow extremely large and find they cannot support all the users, at which point they close registration. They can still join the Fediverse, but just not that specific instance.

@atul1994 Maybe but its decentralized with millions of users already. As long as each server can handle their load of users its fine (and many servers closer registration once they are full). QOTO itself is very well funded and could handle many more users safely.
@atul1994 Well, it's not all on a single server which gives it a great deal of strength.
