Question: do free individuals exist or do they only exist if you disable at least one of our senses?

To add more context to this question it should be looked at an abstract point of view.

One can argue that any modification to the individual is a form of makeup.

If we took for example a freshly washed person. This person is only for a fragment of time makeup free or are they? Couldn't the act of washing be considered also a form of makeup?

Now let's say you took a photo of an individual, then you could easily say if they used makeup or not. Though at the same time you blocked out at least one sense: smell.

Proper hygiene and skin care is part of any proper make up routine but are not make up. There is a "clean" or makeup free aesthetic that is the goal for in some make up efforts that could confuse some on that distinction, but if you are powdering your skin, even to your natural complexion, it is make up.
