It’s a lot easier to admit to being wrong (and changing your mind) if you have sense of humility all along. When are you are arsehole about being right it is very hard to admit you were wrong. So let’s start with everyone just being a bit more humble?

@jerlich a sore winner falls in the same boat. Watching someone to proceed doing something wrong although you know it's wrong and told them that it's wrong and they still proceed to do it. Where they then learn what you preached was correct and now you are rubbing it in for being correct all along.

If you could let go of your pride of being correct and guide them when stuck, they will learn and remember the task at hand better than just receiving the solution.
