But yes, in the meantime we need more content on YouTube

It depends. Sometimes YouTube is the only way. Also Vimeo, peertube, nebula, twitch, curiosity stream. Depends on what you are looking for and budget.

Could have a look at peer tube, it is decentralised so depending on interest there may be a specific instance with the content you are looking for
