Property and Contract in Economics: The Case for Economic Democracy by David Elleman
This book argues against the employer-employee relationship and in favor of an inalienable right to workplace democracy i.e. all firms should be worker #coops.
Rereading the book always improves my understanding of nuances of the arguments presented, and each time I come away with an even greater appreciation of the ideas presented.
