So by what mechanism did Musk borrow a ton of money, use it to buy Twitter, and then *transfer his debt to Twitter*?
This seems like a thing that shouldn't work.
Presumably I'm just naive.

Can I borrow a ton of money, buy I dunno Lockheed-Martin, transfer the debt to Lockheed-Martin, and then have it declare Chapter 7 bankruptcy?
If so, I have some interesting ideas for activism... :)
