@nothingplanet Thank you for asking me. I just read the discussion and I don't think I can contribute anything more; you have provided enough rational arguments. Moreover, biology is really not the area of my expertise. Maybe @arteteco can help.
@crackurbones @arteteco Thank you for checking into my reasoning. I had concerns my argument was not sound when I hit a wall.

No, argument was fine as far as I can tell, but in my experience in arguing with creationists just use it as a way to refresh your biology and geology notions, don't let them get under your skin =D
@arteteco @crackurbones I am remarkably tolerant as long as people follow the principles of reason. It is only when they depart from reason that I feel my efforts are fruitless.
