What's your #WinterGear for #cycling?
I'm surprised by how little equipment I need to do my ~18km per day at all conditions (so far):
* Waterproof Softshell Jacket (I have this one: dhb Trail Hooded Softshell Jacket)
* Waterproof Cycling Trousers (worn over my normal jeans, I have this one: O'NEAL TSUNAMI Rain Pants V.18 Black)
Only when the temperature goes below 0°C, I switch to my winter dufflecoat. And (at 5-10°C) I've gotten into several larger showers: The jacket and trousers really are watertight.
It's true: Es gibt kein schlechtes Wetter, nur schlechte Klamotten! (There's no thing as bad weather, only bad clothing.)

No lower limit. It's never been too cold. Cool #weather is preferable, actually. Overcast ☁️ is a good time to go riding. ☝️😃 The heat scares me. 🔥 I went blind once. So scary. 😣
I don't mind if it rains while I'm riding 🚴🏻♀️, but if I'm still home and it starts raining I wouldn't go out on my #bike -- I'd just use other modes of transportation or stay home.
Right now, #cycling is still just a leisure activity for me. It's not yet that incorporated in my daily life.
@evelyn @cweickhmann my lower limit is -20*F wind chill. I have a wind/waterproof jacket that bottles up body heat very well. I go with shorts down to ~15*F, then have two levels of leggings I can add. Hardest thing for me is good gloves when really windy and cold.

No #WinterGear for me. Just #RainGear. It's tropical here. 😁
I don't do #cycling clothes. My usual cycling outfit is a long-sleeved shirt and leggings or hiking trousers (I prefer them for the zippered pockets to secure my stuff and keep them from flying out of my pocket if I should have an accident). I also bring a light rain jacket. That combo is good enough for me in any weather. Not meant to keep me dry. I'll still get wet of course. 🤷♀️
