'The colonization of our stomachs by pylori is believed to predate the oldest splits between extant human populations. We identify a Hardy ecospecies of H. pylori associated with indigenous groups, isolated from people in Siberia, Canada, and USA.'

@cyrilpedia

like a fresh approach avoiding overexploited wording like microbiome, flora, etc. —except perhaps the latin root of h. pylori?

from my distant not-knowing much about it: nice surprise to read such clear, simple, concise wording: “colonization of our stomachs ”

also the discussion of methods is surprisingly written with alike clarity, and including/explaining all current possible gen/stats perspectives ?

would change/reformulate/remove/add anything in regards of old/new tech in the discussion of methods section?
