I don't have acess to a win10 pc.
But i can tell that you could do a lot of things with it.
Like changing dns etc.
I think it is more like a hardware problem.
dns and drivers are ok.
@Acer did your network adapter listed on "device manager"?
If not. Yes most likely hardware problem.
If it's listed there. Most likely due to misconfiguration in server end or your end.

just lost 6% packets and ping is very high.
other computers in the same network are fine.
@Acer can't recommend any solution since i would do a complete windows reinstall everytime there's a problem on my pc anyway.
