And with that, it seems, I can * finally * go to bed.

It looks like i will get about an hour and a half of extra sleep, at least.

And per @design_RG's recommendation, no screens in bed or my room. This should help me go to sleep faster, I am guessing. 🙂

@realcaseyrollins Yes, that is important and makes a huge difference. No buzzing notifications during the night, no taking a look just to see what's going on; leave it for next day.
