Hi @Gargron quick question, not sure if something we are seeing is a bug or a feature.
One of our moderators @design_RG has muted threads in the past but the muting doesnt seem to take effect. He noticed this only seems to happen with messages from certain people and not the whole thread. He wondered if it was maybe because the users are moderators locally and as such cant be muted?

Screencap below shows a Muted thread, which continues to generate notifications.
Theory we have is that since one of the posters involved is Admin class, his posts don't get Muted as expected.
Yesterday we had a lengthy thread, and the same appeared. I received notifications, but only from the replies posted by an admin class user involved in it. This went on for many, many posts, me receiving notis of every second one, admin's replies.

@freemo @Gargron That screenshot was taken from inside my Notifications list, showing that the thread was already muted - but yet, a noti was sent.
